Delaware
Bay Launch Service, Inc. has been owned and operated by the Rowland family
since it's inception. As a Delaware River Pilot, Capt. Harry H. Rowland
saw the need in the early 70's to provide a launch service to the vessels
anchoring in the lower Delaware Bay. Capt. H. Hickman Rowland opened the
doors of DBLS in early 1973 with an unsurpassed commitment to provide
a superior service as his business reputation is also his family reputation.
Over the years, DBLS has taken great pride in offering it's customers
the fastest, safest, and most dependable service on the Delaware Bay.

We

Bay, as DBLS houses various pieces of oil spill equipment for the Delaware
Bay & River Cooperative.
